From day 1 when I was born, music was in my system. Havin a GrandMother being THE traditional singer from my Tribe ( CARIB Native American ) the rhythm was in my system. in my early teens I was recording from the radio on a cassette deck and tried to make mixtapes by pressing pause before the dj started talking. Around the age of 12 (1978) my brother had a mixer and 2 turntables, but he didn't really mix. I Started fucking around with it and discovered how to mix! From there on a STAR was rising ! We present: All Star Fresh.

DJ and Producer All Star Fresh is a true turntable warrior.Starting as a Pro in 1979 made his base as a DJ already internationally. His musical talent, made it happen that he established a well respected name all around the world, already back in the 80-ties: Started doin mixshows on pirate radio stations like: RADIO DISCO ACTION, SATELLITE, AQS.. Playing ALL the major clubs in AMSTERDAM and being one of the first mixing djs he needed a new challenge. After winning the Dutch Mixing Championships (DMC) in 1988, he was invited for the The WORLD MIX CHAMPIONSHIPS in the London Royal Hall and won 3rd PLACE in a fierce competition ( Cash Money won ). He was invited by Dave Funkenklein to enter the lions hole in New York. He made history in the BIG APPLE (NY) of Hiphop by being THE FIRST NON-AMERICAN to fly into the FNALS of The WORLD SUPREME BATTLE of DJs. He gained the highly respected 2nd PLACE in this prestigious DJ contest ( DJ SCRATCH won). The impression that he made that year, resulted in many invitations to perform with world known artists like Public Enemy, Stetsasonic, The Real Roxanne, Ice T and Ultra Magnetic MC's.

All Star Fresh started Producing which resulted by creating KING BEE (1989).. With his second floor filler BACK BY DOPE DEMAND he scored one of the biggest hiphop hits. In the Netherlands it resulted in a Top 3 position. Best Dance Product by The EDISON AWARDS in the Netherlands. (The Edison Awards is an award by the Dutch Music Industry.) This also meant that with this title, he was the FIRST RAP ARTIST to win this highest to win award in the Netherlands. After appearing as SUPPORTING ACT for MADONNAs show in the Netherlands, he made his mark.
Working within projects like CAPELLA(selling more than 2.4 Million copies), also featuring famous production teams like SNAP (I Got the Power). This teamwork resulted in the single Lets Get Busy (Clubland Quarts feat Snap introducing King Bee). This record ended up No 01 in the BILLBOARD DANCE CHARTS (USA).

Other productions were DEEPZONE >IT'S GONNA BE ALLRIGHT", a straight up club anthem even until today! Kellee- my love, Ty Holden- you're my Inspiration and His Royal Freshness- They don't understand and the King BEE cut - Trip to India are a couple of other productions in this line.

In 2008 All Star Fresh is still the Royal Freshness on the dance floors all over the globe, from dj-sets that vary from old school dance-classics to old and new school HipHop and off course Club music with a sexy twist.. Being resident dj of the hottest Fetish party " The CLINIC'. Latin House and Tribal, Elektro is on the FRESH menu.

As a producer he still releases own work and also makes name with productions for video-, film and commercials. Check out the tracks on the movie "naar de klote"!
