In 1999, Ricky (Drums) and Phil (Guitar and vocals) met Vivien (Slap Bass) to form a band inspired by different styles of Rock inherited from the 50's 60's (Rock'n'Roll, Rockabilly, Surf, Garage etc.) and 80s (Neo-Rockabilly, Oldschool Psychobilly...). They blended into a unique style, kinda powerful R'n'R made up of a majority of originals by the band and covers that they play in their very strong but melodic style that's half way between Neo-Rockabilly and Psychobilly. They played hundreds of concerts along the years and over Europe, played in the biggest festivals and have recorded 3 albums, have tracks on several samplers too. And heres their last but surely their best album till now, GoinMad! Crazy Love Records made it available as a luxuous digipack, but also as a LP! Its made of 13 songs among which 9 baffling originals and 4 surprising covers, just the way the Lucky Devils can do it! There are prestigious guests too, such as Mark "Mad Dog" Cole, Christian "Paddle Cell" Preiss, and Fritz (Fritz & the Catz)! The incredible cover was drawn by Fred "Lord Fester" BELTRAN, and the lyrics are illustrated with pix by Lucky Phil himself in the wonderful 16 pages full colour booklet.
